- Tickets will be assigned after EACH priority ordering window closes
- Hotel Assignment notifications: 30 days after priority window closes
- Balance of Priority Packages / Tickets due: 6/1/26
- This 25% deposit is nonrefundable. Once payment in full is made, up to 75% of the total purchase price may be refunded before 6/15/25
